HISTORY
ABE was started by Coulton, Adam, and Milo back in the 7th grade when it was still called IckyAqua. We hooked up with a junior at East named John Phiman, who was fairly talented. Teaching Chris more lead techniques and writing one song was all he contributed to the band.
As most of you can remember, Chris was pulled out of the band for quite some time, due to an outburst that caused him total grounding. After that, the rebirth of IckyAqua, now called The Psychedelic Abraham Experiment, took place. After removing Phiman and playing a show at the local McDonald's (I know, we were desparate!), The Psychedelic Abraham Experiment was on its way.
There was much anticipation of adding new pieces to the band - 6 bassists were went through, and all discarded for different reasons. We were going without a steady bassist. That's when Greg joined the band with his gold sax. Now he has a black one, it's shiny. Luke then hopped on board with and the band's name remained the same, but gained the nickname of ABE. Now we're here. Trying to make a website, and looking at a few new members that may be potentially useful.
PRESENT TIMES
STILL without a bassist, the legendary Jared Mancuso has offered to play for the record. We'll be recording in mid-December - and after being mixed and mastered and all the jazz, hopefully the album, currently titled Without Vladmirre, will be available January 2003. What will you find? From the groovy, bass drum accents of "Jillyan" to the melodic riffs of "Liquid Tress", hopefully you'll get the CD and add it to that collection of yours.
